Terms & Conditions - Workshops and Events

SECTION 1 – Event Changes or Cancellations

In the unlikely event The Digital Exchange needs to postpone, relocate, or cancel the workshop due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, travel restrictions, or venue issues), all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
• If the event is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be issued.
• Where a Force Majeure event necessitates that any part of our services be cancelled or postponed, you acknowledge that The Digital Exchange will not be liable for any resulting loss, damage, or associated expenses (including travel or accommodation costs).

SECTION 2 – Travel & Accommodation

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. The Digital Exchange is not liable for any associated costs (including flights, hotels, or transport) in the event of schedule changes or cancellations.

SECTION 3 – Workshop Materials & Intellectual Property

All workshop content, templates, and resources provided are for personal and business use only. These materials remain the intellectual property of The Digital Exchange and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

SECTION 4 – Conduct & Participation

We reserve the right to remove any participant behaving inappropriately, without refund. This ensures a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all attendees.

SECTION 5 – Photography & Media Consent

By attending the workshop, you acknowledge that photos and video may be taken for marketing and promotional purposes by The Digital Exchange.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to the event.

SECTION 6 - Governing law 
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
